Description
Nous partirons à 8H30 du café. La sortie durera environ 3h30/4h. Concernant le déroulement de la sortie, nous resterons groupé jusqu'au début des montées où chacun pourra ensuite grimper à son rythme. Nous attendrons 5 min en haut de chaque sommet pour regrouper tout le monde. Si pendant la sortie vous sentez que vous n'arrivez plus à tenir la cadence, pas de panique cela peut arriver à tout le monde, vous pourrez vous repérer grâce à la carte du parcours.
Lors de votre participation à la sortie, vous bénéficiez d’une remise de 20% sur le magasin (valable uniquement le jour de la sortie, hors bar et atelier).
LES REGLES POUR LES SORTIES CDC
-RESPECTEZ le code de la route
-Casque OBLIGATOIRE
-Vélos admis: Route, gravel, Cx (vélos NON ADMIS: VAE, VTT, City bike,…)
-Amenez au minimum 1 chambre à air, des démonte pneus et une pompe. Une 2ème chambre à air et un multi tool peuvent être utiles également. Pensez à amener également un peu d'argent au cas où ainsi que votre téléphone portable en cas d'urgence.
-Pensez à amener beaucoup d'eau ou boissons énergétiques et soyez sûr d'amener assez de nourriture avec vous.
-Pour tous ceux et celles qui souhaitent se joindre à nous merci de vous enregristrer comme participant.
- Veillez à avoir les vêtements adéquates suivant la météo
AVERTISSEMENT:
-Le Café du cycliste ne sera pas tenu responsable d’éventuels problèmes (accident, problèmes de santé,…) lors des sorties CDC.
Il en va de VOTRE responsabilité et de vérifier votre assurance « responsabilité civile ».

The ride will be approximately 3/ 3,5 hours. We will depart at 8:30 from the cafe. During the ride, we will try to stay as grouped as possible until the beginning of the climb where each can take their rhythm, with a regroup at the top. We will wait 5 minutes at the top of each climb to get the group back together. If you feel like dropping out during the ride, don't worry as we provide roadmaps of each bike ride in our STRAVA group for those less familiar with the region so you can find your way back.
As a participant of a CDC ride, we offer you a unique discount: 20% on all our clothing and apparel (excluding drinks at the bar and workshop services), on the day of the ride.
RULES OF CDC RIDES
-RESPECT the traffic laws
-a HELMET is obligatory
-accepted bikes: road, gravel, CX (not accepted are electric, mountain and city bikes)
• Bring a minimum of 1 spare tube, tyre levers & a pump. A 2nd spare tube & a multi tool can be useful too. Also, bring some money in case you need emergency food supplies and a mobile phone in case you get stranded.
• Bring plenty of water or sports drink and make sure to bring enough food.
