2021 World Championships ride

The 100th Elite Men World Championship will take place next Sunday the 26th. To celebrate this special occasion, we will go for a 110km ride on a course full of small, meandering roads of El Pla and Raiguer areas. At the end of the ride, we will invite everyone to healthy food, drinks and beers whilst we watch the last hours of the race together! MAX 12 Signing up much appreciated! Pas Midsommer Challenge 2020

Welcome to the PNS Mallorca 2020 Midsommer challenge! What a better way to celebrate the summer than riding across the island to Cap Formentor!? We will do a quick stop before the Cap Formentor and refill water and carbs, and go for a propper lunch break afterwards. We will also go for a quick swim to cool ourselves down and finish the ride the cool way. We might even stop by a public pool to refresh again in the center of the island. Recommendations for an awesome ride: Load your carbs and hydrate well the day before, adding up a big bowl of porridge (avena) and some protein in the morning. Bring 8 bars and/gels and 2 500ml bottles full of water and electrolytes. Eat something at the start and 30mins into the ride, and keep it going. Buy 3 more pieces of food before Formentor, and knock down 1,5L drinking and filling up your bottles. Finish them before the lunch break. Get another 1,5L at lunch and another 6 bars/gels/bananas...You get the idea. We look forward to sharing this great day with you!
